HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
I always say, "Well, that depends!" The reason is that your loan is not like anyone else's loan. You might want a really high LTV, or a really low LTV, and your pricing will change because of those factors. Plus, there are about a dozen other factors that determine how much it will cost in points, interest rate, and term. So, just call me, Corinne Cordon, tell me your situation and I will tell you "yes" or "no" and I will tell you how much I can lend, and how much it will cost.

Things we will need to issue an approval letter: 1.) last year's tax return 2.) a bank statement, or 401k statement, or something that shows that you have the 40% in the bank, plus closing costs. 3.) a piece of id so we can verify how to spell your name. Once we do get those items, we will work hard and fast on your file, and then you will have to come in to sign your first set of documents. Federal law says that 7 days later, you can have your money. If it is an emergency, federal law says that you can sign a waiver of your rights, but those waivers are only for bona-fide emergencies.
